I called this salon to book an appointment, and the representative dismissively sent me to their website. I went to the website and had a problem where the link I clicked on was not showing the service I need to book for so I called back to explain. As soon as I tried to explain, the representative said “I don’t know what to tell you” and refused to listen to my problems and kept cutting me off until I said never mind and hung up. - I am completely at a loss for how terrible these salons customer services are now!

This is a great salon and I highly recommend to men and women! Cherylline has great customer service and is so talented. From cuts, color, natural hair, extensions- she does it all. If you are looking for a dependable and awesome stylist in the Nashville and surrounding area, check her out. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I will be a lifetime client.

This review is based on my experience with purchasing the hair they sell. I purchased bundle hair on two separate occasions. The hair shed profusely, moreover the hair became stiffer as time went along. I purchased a second time thinking it was a fluke, but when my hair stylist advised me to not buy it again--I listened. The two stars reflect the nice customer service, but overall the hair quality was poor so I couldn't give it higher than 2 stars.
