Called Wednesday 10/8 had an appointment for 10/11 at 10:00. Drove an hour, got to the shop and nobody was there, all the lights were off and door was locked. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails no answer and no call back. Terrible business, if you were going to be late you could’ve told us. It is 11:00 and still no show. We left.. I would not recommend this “bridal” store. Completely stood us up and have a heart broken bride. If I could give 0 stars I would.
We weren't able to have an experience, called wed Oct 8th you had 2 appointments one at 10am and 3pm, I took the 10am waited 45 minutes and you never showed, so yeah my experience sucked. Thanks for everything at least I wasted time.and gas, but was able to see 2 kids on a bike and use the bathroom at McDonald's
They were so warm and welcoming. I came to them very last minute needing a good dress. I was able to find one I loved and get it altered in no time at all!
These ladies are the heart of New Bern. They are so kind and patient. Loved that it a small business and once you walk in it's all about you. They have some very stunning dresses for all shapes and sizes. Very affordable!! Very friendly and would recommend to another bride. This is my first wedding and I felt so comfortable and relaxed with these ladies. Marry and Michelle are the best! I can't add the picture cause I am not married yet. Lol!! But as soon as I say I do. I will share my photos with the world..
I had the BEST experience at Divine Grace and Lace! This was the first shop I went to in search of my wedding dress and it ended up being the last also! Michelle and Mary were absolutely spectacular! You can tell that they are experts on dresses. They made the experience so special for me and for my family. Their selection of dresses is great and they are very affordable!
