Nice/professional staff. The influx of negative reviews in Facebook seem to be from bots, so look for actual accounts instead of obnoxious trolling.
I can't say enough how much I love getting monthly facials here. All of the staff are so wonderful and accommodating. There's a number of different facials to try and my skin is always glowing when I leave.
