I went in tight and tense and left loose and relaxed! Russ is so intuitive with his pressure and easily found the spots that needed attention. I felt super comfortable in his presence as he a very calming demeanor. He has a new massage table that allows for an extra stretch and the entire space is very clean, tidy, and soothing. It is obvious that Russ loves what he does! I will be back time and time again!
Russ is great! As someone with Parkinson's disease, I believe his massage therapy is a god-send!
One of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. Extremely knowledgeable and intelligent with how to massage with the different muscle groups each time and always is very courteous and respectful. I will be going back again when ever I have the chance. I usually get mine in the early evenings and get the best nights sleep afterwards! Best ever!
Russ provides a professional massage in a calm, beautiful environment. I believe that he is the best in the Kansas City area.
