I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Bella, she is hands down the BEST lash artist out there. Not only are my lashes always absolutely perfect, but she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. My work schedule is all over the place and somehow she always finds a way to accommodate me, which I appreciate more than I can even put into words. Katie is an absolutely amazing massage therapist. Definitely in the upper echelon in WNY and beyond. Her recognition and care of problematic areas are superb as she provides the perfect amount of pressure every time. I always feel the best combination of complete relaxation and soothing pain relief both during and after each session. 60-minutes is great but do yourself a favor and pamper yourself with a 90-minute massage for an even more incredible experience.
