I am writing to bring attention to a critical issue involving the Totowa Weatherization program's contractor, Divine Energy Solutions. The company installed a furnace, oil tank, and new chimney, but failed to inform me that workers would be accessing my roof, resulting in leakage issues. Divine Energy Solutions has denied responsibility for the damage, which has worsened over the past two years. We hired Divine to insulate our attic and basement. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We can already feel a difference in our home's ability to hold heat as the temperature gets colder. I would definitely recommend Divine and would work with them again in the future.
This company drives up over the curb and parks on my lawn and blocking half sidewalk all day (I checked my security cameras to verify the hours/date/time) all to work on my neighbors house with zero regard to any irrigation heads, drainage, and new seed I applied on my property. I wouldn’t recommend this company if this is how they regard customer service and thinking.
