Reached out around 8/15/24 for at home birth and placenta encapsulation services. Received consultation virtually on 8/22/24 and she was very thorough and made recommendations based on my risk factors snd stated the pros and cons. Based on that and wanting to ensure I do the safest and effective option possible,I decided not to go through with it but I still wanted to at least get a placenta encapsulation but never heard anything back. I have been trying to contact this place for several weeks, calling, texting, and leaving messages. Despite my persistent efforts, I only received one response asking me to text and saying they would get back to me as they were with a patient in labor. However, after two more weeks of calling and texting with no further reply, I have decided to look elsewhere.
