Clearly this previous post is biased.. My compliments on how classy and professional this business is run AAA+. (Management to employees) Tina has an enviable ability to represent professionalism and always assist me in any of my needs.I recommend DDJ to anyone.. It is always a pleasure Doing business!
While I've never bought anything from Divine Jewellery, my first impression of them was hearing Tina (who may or may not own this company) berating a customer service rep over the phone, in a mall food court. When I heard her explain loudly that "I'm allowed to yell at you because I pay your salary," I thought I'd come to a more public forum to let people know what sort of employee this business has. Who wants to bet this "customer first" attitude only applies when she's the customer?
