Great with costumer service !
I’m sure she does great work as a stylist; however, my experience with her customer service was disappointing. I paid a $35 deposit, but due to a date mix-up on my end, she canceled my appointment in which I agreed to. During a phone conversation, she assured me that she would process my deposit refund on Monday. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but I never received the refund. Since then, I have made several attempts to contact her by phone, leaving a message regarding the matter, but I have not received any resolution.... read more
Devine Destiny Creations always exceeds every expectation! The owner's level of creativity and professionalism is unmatched. She goes above and beyond for her clients issuing personalized services. Jay is not a stylist but a teaching world renowned hair care guru. I am especially greatful, during my Breast Cancer journey she showed up for me. She styled my wigs, told me how to care for my bald scalp and when my hair grew back she was ready and waiting. If you are looking for any type of hair care look no further.
