Terrible place. We ordered a cake for my 9 year old’s birthday. It was supposed to come at 1pm but it never did. They didn’t give us any warning that the cake would be late. I called them at 2pm and they said the delivery was late, that it was going to come at 3pm. At that point I told them the party was over and that they should cancel the delivery because I no longer wanted it. I then demanded a refund because they didn’t bring the cake on time, and they told me they could only give me credit for the store! This is crazy. ... read more
