I tried multiple times starting in Feb to get an appointment for my massage that I recieved as a gift. I kept getting the run saying that they didn't have a massage therapist and that the dates kept getting pushed back. The manager told me it was my fault for not booking the times I called, even though it was her staff that kept telling me I couldn't and that they would call me in a week with dates. Poor poor customer service. I would never recommend
I am going to tell you about my experience, you be the judge of it. I received the Mediterranean mani/pedi. Paid $35 on grupon. Pros: Very nice technician, she was a lovely young lady who treated me very nicely. The technicians genuinely looked like they cared for their clients. Cons: 1. Polish selection = 10-15 nail polishes, approx 10 good non-dried polishes. 2. My technician "forgot" to buff both nails and toes, gift in disguise because the buffer was re-used, VERY re-used. 3.
