Maria is so knowledgeable in all things and is extremely attentive. She is the only one I know of in the Hudson Valley that offer the services and you can tell she does it because she loves helping people I highly recommend.
I was skeptical about 'alternative' methods for healing, but I was very wrong. I did the halotherapy + cryotherapy in together one appointment and I'm glad I did it that way. I felt years younger and lighter on my feet. The halo therapy was different than I thought (I'd done infrared sauna before but not this kind with all the different colored lights). I LOVE THIS PLACE! & THE WONDERFUL OWNER MARIE! I had an Absolutely Amazing experience from the multiple treatments I received, and truly fantastic results! This place is a hidden gem, I highly recommend trying some of her treatments!
I had the best experience with Marie doing colon hydrotherapy. I felt *decades younger, she really encouraged me to keep going with my healing. Everything was clean, professional, caring. I’m excited to try cryotherapy. Highly recommend!
