I had a fantastic experience with Devine Comfort! Austin is like the air-conditioning whisperer—great communication and super responsive, he figured out the problem faster than I could say 'I'm melting!' Not only did he save us from becoming human puddles, but he did it all with a friendly smile! Thanks to him, our air is back on, and we're not auditioning for a sauna commercial anymore! Highly recommend Devine Comfort if you want cool air and a good laugh!

Our unit had froze up on Thursday afternoon and we called divine comfort ( we’re a repeat customers) to come take a look. Austin came out on Friday and discovered we had a leak. Our system was old and he said it needed the old style coolant which was very expensive per pound. He explained that he could put the coolant in but it could leak out again. He talked about replacing the unit and we decided that was our best option. Austin went ahead and put coolant in our old unit for free so we could stay cool over the weekend. He ... read more
