Ann gives the most awesome massage! She is incredibly attentive to patient needs and really listens to make sure every concern is addressed. Her technique is both relaxing and therapeutic, and you can tell she truly cares about the well-being of her clients. I always leave feeling refreshed and cared for—highly recommend Ann to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective massage.

Just couldn’t be any better! Ann is completely passionate about everything she does, including healing veterans. Ann is an exceptional listener. She understands pain points, issues, but then she can also identify exactly what’s happening with the body and address it.

Ann is an amazing massage therapist! She doesn’t do the same massage every time . She reads your body through her energy and finds the tense spots and works magic! I get so much relief for my body! Highly recommended!! Ann at Body and Soul Wellness Center in Manchester.

My massage with Ann was soothing and relaxing. She's a kind and wonderful holistic practitioner and I felt very comfortable with her. Ann was able to work out some pain/knots that I had in my shoulder and neck and I'm a lot less sore. It was truly an amazing experience!

Ann gave me a professional and comfortable massage concentrating on my shoulders. She asked questions during the massage to assess the treatment. She told me information about how the arms and shoulders function and what she was working on. I felt great after the massage and continue to feel improved. I highly recommend Ann!
