Had the best facial of my life with Charlotte and she was extremely accommodating after I misunderstood the length of time the appointment would last. I was complimented on my eyebrows tonight! That has NEVER happened! When I was in middle school I was handed some tweezers and was unsupervised and plucked pretty much all of them off, of course they did not grown back and I have been self conscious about them ever since!......Fast forward to today and Charlottle is an absolute LEGEND!!!
