My media set-up is perfect and they were able to tailor it to our needs without sacrificing quality. They're quite busy (because they're in-demand!) but very responsive (it helps that we can just shoot them a text too!). Warren and Kacie are great and you can tell they really know everything about the business.
Warren calibrated my home theater system using Dirac and professionally calibrated the LS12000 projector. He did an outstanding job and truly elevated the overall experience. The color accuracy and sound quality are now at an exceptional, IMAX-like level. Warren was also very responsive, answered all my questions, and understood my needs throughout the process. I'd been struggling with an issue on an HDMI cable that was too short once we moved the projector back and an HDMI extender that didn't work (maybe incompatible).
