The braiding hair they use is of extremely low quality. The braiders do not have any attention to detail and hair comes out looking choppy and uneven, despite sitting in the chair for 6 hours. I was quoted a price on the phone and then when I came into the store they demanded more money, it's just extremely poor service for such terrible work. I will never be back.

First and last time here. Kids running around the shop. The shop is already tight. Then they loud talking that African bookley booley stuff. Music blasting The girl who did my hair braid so slow and kept stopping. Almost 8 hours for Medium box braids. Not long either I guess the way to avoid braiding edges is to gel them to death. My Edges are already frazzled. Bathroom Was a hot Mess. I’ll go to where I been going.

First time going there I asked for box braids and she gave me a middle part so I'm not able to move the braids around freely and style it any other way. I didn't know until my hair was done. I didn't even ask for a middle part so idk why she gave me one. Box braids should just be free flowing braids! That's common sense. They just did whatever they wanted.
