Serena has been doing my lashes for a while now and she’s amazing! My lashes have the greatest retention, she’s funny and easy to talk plus she has the sweetest dogs! Booking and payment are super simple processes.
I initially came to Serena just before my wedding, and at the time was not planning to regularly get lash extensions filled. It’s now been two years later, and am still seeing her! She is AMAZING at what she does!!! I get compliments ALL the time, asking who does my lashes. Not only is she great at what she does, she is a good human that genuinely cares about other people. 10/10 recommend!
The best lash artist in KC! Serena is amazing! Her service is very customizable to what you want, she’s very attentive, communicative, and such an all around sweetheart to be around. She listens to what you want and she exceeds my expectations every time. She even plays true crime podcasts on those days when we all just need a lash nap😂🖤 I tell all my girlfriends to go to her for anything esthetics related.
