Last minute cleaning and this amazing team came to do it and blew me away with the cleaning!!
I booked this Move Out cleaning as a last minute gift to my mom. The process couldn’t have been easier. Got on their website Saturday morning, selected services and date needed (the upcoming Monday) and done! I was a little nervous to book online without talking to someone but really needed the service asap. Booking was confirmed the next morning, and the cleaner were there the next day. Not only was booking easy but after inspecting the home afterwards, I was blown away at the great job done! 10/10
They were supposed to show up at 1pn.. at 115 the app stated the service was complete but nobody showed and they charged my credit card for 183 when I was quoted 153. Have tried calling repeatedly but no answer. This is a a do not use these people
Divina Maid sent an email two days before the appointment to notify me they were canceling it. I absolutely understand things come up and would have been much less disappointed had they called me to let me know. Emails can be missed easily, and I had communicated how important this appointment was and how appreciative I was. I hope this was a one-time lapse in customer service and communication on their part because the woman I spoke on the phone with was so kind and helpful.
