I would not recommend this company for any project that requires planning, communication, or follow-through. My experience started with a simple electrical project, and even that seemed to require two technicians and an entire day to complete what I believed was a relatively straightforward task. Despite that, I gave them an opportunity to quote a standby generator installation. Michael at Divin was super responsive to an electrical inspection I needed for the sale of my home. Easy to work with and great all around experience.
I absolutely hate when trades are late for appointments. Divin Electrical Services, Inc was early! Michael communicated very professionally, scheduled the appointment quickly and his service man, Bill, was clean, prompt, and very professional and workmanlike. The job was completed quickly, with no mess left over. I look forward to using them again!
I can't say enough about D.E.S. They have installed two EV receptacles, Soffit lights and electrical for a mini split AC. Each time they showed up on time and were prepared to work. First class electrical contractor producing first class electrical work.
Divin Electrical Services did a great job with our project. From everything over the phone, communication, and showing up to get the work done. We had a Tesla wall connector installed in our garage. Another company had recommended a new panel upgrade but Divin was able to rework our existing panel to properly fit the new circuit and were honest and professional with us throughout the process. Highly recommend and will be using them for future work!
