We had the opportunity to build a residence on a piece of land north of Cochrane. Knowing this property would eventually be home to our dream acreage, we knew we needed to find a designer that would listen to what we wanted and bring their own touches with a bit of local flair. We had met with another designer and it just didn't work out after the design stage. He had issues with communication and listening to what we wanted.
