I wanna make sure that people know I’ve been there numerous of times, but this time I had an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound at this center had the first one done Then I needed to use the restroom, but since I was returning to the room, I left my pocketbook there and my next ultrasound done and left. I had a very disappointing experience with this MRI clinic. They scheduled my appointment without first obtaining the required insurance authorization. I took time off, traveled to the clinic, and arrived in significant pain, only to be told I couldn’t have my MRI because the authorization had not been approved. This situation could have easily been avoided if the clinic had verified everything before scheduling my appointment. Instead, they wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. The staff were very friendly...I highly recommend...
The staff is very pleasant, but the waiting time is horrible. I don't know if they are under staffed or if they overbook appointments. My appointment was at 10 am and it's now 11:30 + & I'm still waiting! Very disrespectful to those that have other things to do😳
