Dr. Lyter and his staff are truly amazing. Kind, respectful, and personable. The nurse that does the blood draws is so gentle and takes such care to not hurt patients. Jill the receptionist is the warmest soul I have ever encountered in a doctor's office. Dr. Lyter is the first doctor I have had who LISTENED to me. He didn't dismiss me or make me feel crazy. I don’t really think they know what they’re doing here. My BF was looking somewhere that provides HRT care. Let’s break this down 1st time: Cancelled due to Helene. Understandable. 2nd time: He arrived 30 min early (as they ask you to do per “policy” for some reason…) and told him he couldn’t be seen for unknown reasons. The receptionist told him to fill out the paper work and to arrive FIFTEEN minutes next time since he already had paperwork filled. 3rd time: He arrived 25 minutes early was declined services because he need... read more
I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment having done my paperwork online as a new patient. I Was immediately accused of not having done my paperwork online, which I did and that since I didn’t arrive 30 minutes early that my appointment I’m now 15 minutes early for is not gonna happen!!!! Terrible way to treat a brand new patient. I will never go back to this place nor would I ever recommend recommended to anyone.!!!
