I have seen all the drs at the Ludowici office and they are great !!!!! This place is busy but the Dr I see takes her time and is a very good person at helping you with your health and any referrals you may need !!🩵🩵
Terrible place, I needed a prescription for my eczema that I was using for years before I got pregnant and while I was pregnant. She sent her nurse in as a messenger saying she wouldn’t give me the prescription and to just use eucerin. I demanded to speak with her, and she sent her nurse back saying if she has to come in the room, it will be an extra charge. I was there to see a Dr. not a nurse. I would give negative stars if I could. Dr. Wright is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Trying to get a simple prescription refill from this office is an absolute nightmare. They constantly demand in-person visits for basic refills, wasting my time and charging my insurance unnecessarily. Because of their incompetence, I’ve been forced to go without my medications, resort to urgent care visits, or even seek help at Wynn Army Hospital, which, compared to this disaster of a facility, is a beacon of excellence. After all the poor reviews you'd think management would've done something about the things going on here. I echo the sentiment of those who comment on how poorly things are done at this center. The front desk staff is in fact rude. I arrived 10 minutes early to an appt I apparently was supposed to be 30 min early for but wasn't notified about and the front desk personnel rudely asks me why I wasn't there on time as if this is a job interview.
