Jackie had messaged me randomly at 12:15pm today telling me to show up saying she could do my hair. We had made a time for 2:30pm so I left work and drove an hour and arrived on time and I was told I had to come back because a guy walked in right a little before 2:30 and they started his hair. It was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I drove all the way there for nothing and she txted me trying to say it was on me and I should make an appointment for the future when she messaged me in the first place.
Friendly, welcoming environment with professional staff and stylists, especially Ms Jacqui, the owner because she has a good, kind, heart and is genuine in how she works with all people.
I am very impressed with the work that they do. Jackie is the best!
