I've been coming here for years. I see Kim, she's great. She's willing to listen and answer questions, willing to do testing to satisfy curiosity if she thinks it's warranted. She prescribes HRT based on informed consent, and she's great as a PCP. You're allowed to say no to things. I said no to GLP1 drugs and she was cool about it. Staff in the office is polite and kind and welcoming. I choose not to know my weight and they respect that. They respect name and pronoun preferences. The phlebotomist has a gentle hand.
