I've been coming here for years. I see Kim, she's great. She's willing to listen and answer questions, willing to do testing to satisfy curiosity if she thinks it's warranted. She prescribes HRT based on informed consent, and she's great as a PCP. You're allowed to say no to things. I said no to GLP1 drugs and she was cool about it. Staff in the office is polite and kind and welcoming. I choose not to know my weight and they respect that. They respect name and pronoun preferences. The phlebotomist has a gentle hand. I have never been happier to work with a provider than Kim Hill and the Diversity Family Health team. Kim doesn't talk down to me or make snap judgements -- she listens and collaborates with you. She makes it clear that she is here to help, not get you out the door or dismiss issues. Brittani and Bonnie are both excellent at what they do as well! You truly can’t get better care than Dr. Hill. She is incredibly caring, exceptionally competent, and always takes the time to listen. She goes above and beyond at every visit, and I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor. Highly recommend!
