Needed a new hobby so I decided to give them a visit. Everyone was very welcoming and helped me find a little something to start my needlepoint journey. Going to see how this goes and may even take them up on a class.
Rude employees. Will not be coming back, and taking my purchases to other shops and online. Sad because I want to support independent local craft retailers.
I called the store to say I was 20 minutes away and they were closing in 20 minutes. Not only did they wait for me they pulled all my threads that I needed. I call that going above and beyond. Good customer service. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
