I've been using Diversified Taxes since 2008 for tax preparation and would never think about going to anyone else. Dorothy is thorough and makes sure everything is by the book.
It has been 3 yrs having my taxes prepared at Diversified and I couldnt be happier.
Beyond terrible. Just go-to HR block. Lack of professionalism was staggering. Sat on my information for months..waited until a week before taxes were due to finally work on my return. Still never met the woman who prepared the tax forms..and it was incorrectly filed. From the top to the bottom, just terrible. Skip this place and skip the headache. 2.8 stars is more than this place deserves.
Think twice before using them. not professionals kept losing our records. They claim they never got them. Even giving it to them by hand. after four months they shredded all our documents. Without giving it back to us even though we have the right to keep or records for 3 year. Now we don't have records at all.. I should have listen to my instinct after seeing how the office was kept.this business doesn't even deserve one star , good luck if you do.my next step will be .......
They work for the IRS not for the little people. Stay away. They lost us hundreds and even thousands of dollars
