Terrible ownership. Jim is very unprofessional.
HORRIBLE. Refused to give invoices and was told will only accept cash after pointing out blatant over billing of credit card. Always had to fight for an invoice. Stores boxes CLEARLY marked in bold red "liquid this side up" literally upside down and leaking all over their floor. Very unprofessional and I deal with many successful (professional) freight forwarders and storage facilities. Take your money somewhere else that will treat you in a professional manner.
