This company sought me out, pulled me from a great job, promised me the world, then restructured the whole division 5 weeks later. Right before Christmas.
Our slate roof was improperly installed from the beginning. I’ve been patient and kind with the company, but they have decided to fully ignore my requests for service despite 1/3rd of the tiles being either broken or loose. Their installation is awful, customer service is on-existent. It’s a scam company. Avoid!!! The pictures below are a small sampling.
