Our case managers truly care about their clients. They go above and beyond daily to make sure the services are the amounts needed and that the care being given is exceptional.
Called the emergency on-call number 2 nights ago. The answering service called them. they had the operator tell me they would take care of it in the morning. I called again (day two). They say my caseworker isn't in and may return my call tomorrow. They were however incredibly accommodating when they needed my signature. Ppl dont care about ppl anymore.
