They call my number. A robot stated we been trying to contact you now we are filing a judgement against you. they then threaten me and say we will get ur son. Refuse to say what company they are representing

They are very rude. One guy especially had me in tears. All I was trying to do was make my payment.

Was contacted by this company today, asked for me by my maiden name which I had told the agent it'd been quite a number of years since I'd gone by that name and what this was in regards to. They refused to answer my question repeatedly, tried to get me to verify the last 4 of my social, became rude when I continued asking what this was in regards to without verifying my information, then hung up. Rude & Rude. I'd Hate to have a lame job such as this. Identified who I was after asking. Asked "Them" to Whom they were representing, she then became more than rude. Refusing to answer. Remember, certain protocols are to be made from a collection agency/employee when saying or doing anything. Regardless of who they're contracting for. Know your Rights. I ended call. I know it's a medical bill. Not many people doesn't have medical bills.
