They ignore dozens of phone calls, faxes, emails and voice mails for 3 months straight without one return call or contact. It pains us to review any company like this but when we provide services only to be ignored when invoices are months past due we have no choice
Diversified protection has handled my properties, fire alarm, and security systems for the past 5 years. I am so glad to have a company that handles all of my fire protection and security needs all under one roof. They have excellent customer service and its a pleasure doing business with them.
