I have worked for this company on 2 different occasions during the past 20 years and have always loved the atmosphere. This is a small family owned business who really do care for their employees and customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Just got off the phone with tech support at DPI. Super knowledgeable, knew exactly which unit, and all aspects of the unit, honed in immediately on the issue I was having with a charger that came with a private golf cart sale. Michael placed me on a brief hold and came back to let me know they would be shipping a new part free of charge! Great to know that companies are still out there who stand by their products, through the products life and multiple owners; not just new customers. 5 Stars
