Here's a brief summary of a purchasing a home here. No accountability. They rush to get you into the home but after you get the keys they just point the finger at the vendors they use and the vendor points the finger back with you stuck taking the loss. After moving into our new home, we experienced water pouring through our ceiling damaging several of our belongings. I would not recommend Diversified Homes in Highland Ca, Orchard Collection. Rude Female workers who do not give you the time of day to purchase a home. Been on the waiting list for over 2 months to only have the home sold from under me less than 24 hours. I would not do any business with this company. I would not trust this company, I would let go the staff in the office.

This company will lie to you and give you a completion date that is way off. Then continue to make in accurate completion dates. Also they place a wall in a different location then originally agreed upon and I lost 800 sq ft of backyard. I signed a waiver to not have my concrete poured in the patio area and they poured it anyway. No customer service.
