The interview process in Erlanger is bizarre mostly because of the lady that runs the front/(HR?) is disorganized and I can't imagine her being in charge of people's paychecks. The place is nice and clean/modern and the guy that runs the place seems nice, I get the feeling that they don't want to pay much.
