Was given a copy of the sellers divorce decree weeks prior to the closing table. They were also given a second copy at the closing table to review and failed to do their due diligence of reviewing the documentation which ultimately caused them to not realize sellers divorce was not finalized. No judge signature and no gold seal. They released my funds to the seller and then could not transfer the deed into my name, causing me to lose money daily, paying utilities taxes and maintenance on a home I had keys to, but no title.
