For now my review for this business is one star, as you'd think, that being a mechanic, they would have an answering machine, a voicemail, or someone answering the phone, so that people don't think the business simply just closed down. My family and I have recently moved into the Dubuque County area, and we are seeking a good, honest mechanic. Mike is the best mechanic in town, period! He is honest and reliable!
My wife and I have depended on Mike for years. He is a reliable straight shooter, always presenting all repair options. He knows the ins and outs of every make and model out there. He keeps very busy, so sometimes you have to wait a few days to get in. But given his expertise, good character, and his best in the area prices, it is no wonder he is busy! His wife Patty serves as the office manager and is great to deal with. I fully endorse DMS
