Booked a load with this broker. Guy named Rick did not notify us that load was actually canceled. After driver arrived at the shipper and was told load is no go we get back to Rick, broker said yeah, load is canceled and he did not reimburse us any $ we spent for fuel and time deadheading to get this load. do not spend your time with this scammers.
No answer, booked load to deliver on Fri but had an issue they would not take the load. Now its Mon & cannot get anyone to answer the ph about what we are going to do for this load.
