My experience with DLS has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with a therapist for about two years. I found them in crisis and was discharged a totally different person, personally and professionally. You have to do the work! Therapy has a bad rep because many people think it’s all about talking. It is, however, what you get from the words shared in your sessions are words to empower you to take action in your life. If applied, you can change. DLS has changed my life forever, Thank you!

I have had no issues so far with the counseling services being provided, however when you call in please don’t have a question that maybe considered stupid to whoever is in charge of answering the phones. There condescending tones and the Ma’am! I get before each answer almost make me feel stupid for calling in and asking a question. For the type of business this is I defiantly expect to hear a welcoming voice and helpful energy. Getting a return call to even schedule an intake has been unnecessarily difficult. No office hours posted online, and online scheduling let's you book when they're closed so you might get notified that your appointment is rejected because of the time. I tried to book online second time but I was blocked from booking online appointments and calls not returned. Nobody picks the phone up. Good thing I'm not in the middle of a crisis, but this has still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Dr. Lancaster comes highly recommended! What I look for most in choosing to accept care from any doctor is their ability to possess excellent communication, personable and professional skills. I’ll also add that she always go above and beyond for her clients in making sure that you have what you need. If you’re looking for some real and genuine help, give this business a chance.
