Don't try to make any changes after hours or on the weekend because nobody will call you back. We bought a car at 6pm on a Friday night, so we needed to adjust our current policy to reflect this new vehicle. We were told someone would call us back. When??? Who knows!! Am I covered? Had a nice conversation with Tammy, was told I would receive a call from her the same day. It has been now been almost an entire week and I am scrambling to find insurance. This was a waste of time, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Not what you want from an insurance broker.
