Bad enough you don’t know what’s going on. Add bad communication with nasty agents and you’ll have a hard time getting any information without feeling like you’re annoying them. Had to go through 3 people before I spoke to anyone with some decency and even then I heard something underhanded as the phone was being moved. I have spent nearly 10 hours of my time trying to acquire $287 from a gap insurance claim that started in March. They claimed they sent a check out on May 21st but the lender has never received it. They also claim that it was sent to a bad address provided by the lender and that they are waiting on it to be returned. I had paid off the loan while gathering the documents they required to receive the gap payment as instructed by the lender. It has taken 2 months to get a GAP insurance check sent to the lender. These guys drag their heels and didn't even pay the 500 dollars left of the loan even after I paid 450 dollars upfront for GAP insurance from these people. I would recommend going else where.
It only allows me to put one star but if I can I would not put a star at all due to the employee whom I spoke to was so rude to me and kept repeating about how he kept saying well you signed a contract you signed a contract but no one told me that the insurance company did not send them a copy of a police report to have the gap insurance cover the rest of my car Jay was completely rude to me and said well sounds like you should talk to you insurance company instead of me when I asked him why didn't you call me and he stated ... read more
