Had interaction with Melonie, this rep seems to be unprofessional and has very poor communication skills. After asking me to committ to an interview, once a commitment was given, rep states they had no more openings, advised that i had to cancel work to set up this appointment, member never showed empathy nor made a concentrated effort to assist with a resolution to this problem, instead she simply stop responding to my emails since I wouldnt be bullied into the time slot she offered
