He came to fix my ac unit in my roof as part of my warranty. When he left he said system was good and running, however he failed to see a hose(in plain view) that had a hole big enough to fit your finger in it and was leaking water into the vent. My attic was flooded and damaged my ceiling and now he won’t return my calls to try and work something out about the repairs.
I have called them several times to get HVAC warranty services and they have not returned my call. This is poor.
