I called them for **dishwasher repair. The technician was extremely rude and he didnt even do the basic checks on the appliance such as checking on water in-take, he mostly searched his phone. This was terrible experience and would not recommend them at all. When I called the office to explain what happened the lady (Lisa) she didn't even offer an apology and just ignored me. I bet this is because she gets a few of those calls from customer. Never again with them again.
