They aren’t very good at this. Awful experience with our buyer going through them. They’re slow and didn’t check on key details until late in the process which cause multiple extensions to be filed. Pick another lender.
Unfortunately not a very good experience. I understand loans can take some time, but our situation turned out to be a joke. This company is very slow and doesn't have good customer service. We almost lost our house due to sellers not wanting to extend deadline 3 times. And we almost walked away ourselves. Above to and beyond the slowness, they do not communicate well at all.
Justin is awesome at communicating. My clients were super happy and it was a smooth transaction.
Working with Diversified Home Loans was truly the best experience I could have had with a home loan company! My wife and I did a refi, and the process was simple and quick. If you a first time home buyer or someone who has bought many houses, I could not recommend Chris Coats enough. Chris walked my wife and I through the home buying process with compassion and understanding. He got us a great rate. I felt that he was working for us and us alone. If I had any questions he would answer them right away no matter if he was in the office or not. Chris made the home buying process easy and enjoyable.

This was my first time buying a home and Justin made this whole process so easy and made sure I understood everything step by step, he was very informative, kept me in the loop and still checks up on me to see if I need help with anything else..
