This facility is amazing. Ashley and Erin were so knowledgeable and caring. They worked with me for months through my anxiousness to help with my vertigo. Everyone I spoke with there was genuinely nice. Highly recommend! Thank you AnnMarie❤️
After 30 yrs of dizziness/vertigo treatments by various doctors, tests, injections, other types of PT, not working, I FINALLY was sent to Diversified. The courteous, friendly receptionist, Samantha, is very engaging, and sets you up and gives you a lists of each visit , dates & times for a period designated after first assessment. This team of physical therapists is the best! Highly qualified, fun to work with, and tailors therapy to needs. I have seen great improvement in my symptoms. Even their front office staff do a super job and are folks you look forward to seeing. It would be difficult to imagine a better place to improve whatever physical health issue you are dealing with. Five stars is not enough!
Dr Susan and Dr Alex at the Lockport location truly care about my hearing....or lack of it ... I received my first hearing aids on my 16 th birthday....I struggle with profound hearing loss in an otherwise non handicapped hearing world .....
