Recently I had the broken glass in a basement window repaired by Henderson Glass in Lansing. On the Friday I was to pick up the finished window, I did not notice the call from the office saying it was ready, because I had a new phone was somehow set to "Do not disturb." When I realized I needed to check on the window, I called the office but learned that it had closed an hour early. We had two panes of windows replaced. We thought the price was very reasonable. We greatly appreciated the excellent installer who did a fantastic job for us. We would definitely hire this company again.

There was a small accident when the installation occurred and Steve, Pat and Gina immediately addressed the issue without any issues. I would highly recommend Henderson Glass, it was probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
