I seriously wish that i could give no stars because their service is horrible
Bad service, unprofessional front desk lady. Do not recommend. Hung up on me mid convo.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called this company expecting basic professionalism and respect, but instead the person at the front desk hung up on me during the conversation. No explanation, no attempt to call back, and no concern for the customer experience. If this is how they treat potential customers before doing business with them, I can only imagine how they handle problems afterward. Very disappointing experience.
