Absolutely fantastic to work with! Communicated very well, fairly priced, and very patient when I made a last minute schedule change. Not only did they demo our garage in one day, but they also took extra care because I had concerns of paint chips getting all over our yard. They even took out a blower and cleaned off all the dirt from the cement pad once they’d finished the demolition. Highly recommend and will use them again if ever in need.
We didn't hire them to do demolition; they worked on the property next door. They had to come onto our property to do some of the work, and it involved taking down our fence. They were very respectful and not only did they replace the fence, they FIXED a section of it that they didn't damage (it had been sagging from a tree leaning against it). I was so impressed with them and their workers!
Diversified Demolition is extremely easy to work with and their staff does a great job. Their response time is great and the quality of work is what makes them stand out.
